Ecommerce platform integration
Adobe Commerce (Magento) integration with Acenda
For Adobe Commerce, formerly Magento Commerce, and Magento Open Source stores.
Quick answer
Acenda connects Adobe Commerce, which Adobe called Magento Commerce until April 2021, and Magento Open Source stores to the marketplaces and retailers you sell on. Our team configures which data moves between your store and Acenda during onboarding, and Acenda handles listings, order routing, and tracking for each channel.

How does Adobe Commerce connect to Acenda?
Adobe acquired Magento in 2018 and renamed Magento Commerce to Adobe Commerce in April 2021. Magento Open Source continues under its own name, and both run on the Magento 2 codebase. Acenda's integrations directory lists Adobe Commerce among the platforms it connects.
The connection uses the same outside-system methods as other systems: Acenda's REST API with a Client ID and Client Secret, or a scheduled file import over SFTP.

What moves between Adobe Commerce and Acenda?
Our team configures which data moves in which direction during onboarding. That includes whether the Adobe Commerce store is a sales channel, a fulfillment destination, or another role.
In Acenda, an order becomes one or more Ship Advices: one for each warehouse that ships part of it. Each Ship Advice carries the instructions that warehouse needs.
Tracking (carrier, number, and ship date) can return to the marketplace or sales channel after the order ships. Which flows you turn on is agreed during onboarding.
Adobe Commerce and retail marketplaces
Connecting Adobe Commerce lets you sell on the channels Acenda connects, including Amazon, Walmart, Target Plus. Listings, routing, and tracking for each channel stay in Acenda. See Explore all channels.
Connecting a system to Acenda doesn't affect whether a marketplace accepts your brand. Each retailer makes its own decision.
